1. Booking & Payments

   • A deposit of €1000 is required at the time of booking.

   • The full price of the trip must be paid no later than one month before the trip date.

   • Early bird pricing applies to bookings made four months before the trip date and remains valid until two months before the trip date.

2. Refund Eligibility

   • Non-Refundable Period: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made one month or less before the trip.

   • Prior to this period, the deposit may be refundable under specific circumstances, subject to our discretion.

   • Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Sessions & Rescheduling

   • Sessions are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

   • If a reschedule is requested, no refund will be provided.
