This is followed by a series of 6 x 30 minute sessions where we dive deeper in the agreed-upon key life issues. Within our bodies there are focal points of energy that we use. Whether consciously or unconsciously, that affects our reality and allows us to fully experience and realize events that unfold before us. These focal points are called Chakras. As with all things in our reality, chakras are linked to sound, light and color. To heal is to bring them into alignment and balance.
Within these healing sessions, I will work with you to understand what lies at the inner most part of yourself that makes you act and react in your everyday life. Together we will learn how to understand your weaknesses, your addictions, emotions, and the issues you have been holding onto since your childhood. As we shed light on these issues, your life becomes more balanced and your outlook more serene.
